My journey into Tarot began more than two decades ago, following the loss of someone very dear to me. Searching for answers and understanding eventually led me to Bernard Fitzwalter, whom I discovered through the India edition of Elle. Bernard became my mentor and a profound influence on my discovery of Tarot.

What began with reading selectively for friends gradually developed into a deeper study as people began seeking me out for the accuracy of my readings. My years of working in the corporate world had taught me to be a sceptic, while my experience with Tarot taught me to trust my intuition.

My journey with astrology began with Western astrology, which gave me my first understanding of the language of the planets, signs and houses. Over the years, my study took me deeper into Vedic astrology, and in recent years I have focused particularly on the Parashari system.

I tend to work with the systems that I have studied rather than being confined to one approach. At times, I cross-check a Vedic chart through the lens of Western astrology when I feel it adds another layer of understanding. And occasionally, at the end of an astrology consultation, I may draw a Tarot card to add another perspective or layer of insight.

For me, these are not separate worlds. They are different ways of looking at the same human experience.

I continue to learn through study, meditation, writing and, most importantly, through the people who allow me into their lives through a reading.

I don't claim to have all the answers. My role is simply to connect, read and help people gain a little clarity, while recognising that each of us remains responsible for our own lives and choices.

The only real teachers are life and yourself.
